A smoke-free indoor fish grill! The sea bream fillets cook at 400°F in just 7 minutes: the skin forms a light crust while the juices remain sealed inside.
Ingredients
- 4 sea bream fillets, cleaned
- 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 2 oz pitted olives, sliced
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
To prepare the salsa, combine diced tomatoes, sliced olives, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a bowl. Season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Pat the sea bream fillets dry with a paper towel. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Preheat the grill plate to 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
Place the fillets on the preheated grill plate. Cook for 7 minutes. Do not flip the fillets.
Remove the fillets using a wide spatula. Serve immediately, topped with the prepared salsa.
