Ingredients
- 2 medium bell peppers, red or yellow
- 7 oz ground meat
- 1 slice white bread, soaked and squeezed dry
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Halve the bell peppers lengthwise. Remove seeds and pith.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, soaked bread, egg, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Divide the mixture evenly and stuff each pepper half.
Top the stuffed peppers with grated cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
Place the peppers in the cooking basket. Cook at 356°F (180°C) for 25 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the meat is cooked through.
