Have two overripe bananas to use? Create a perfect mini loaf! Cooked at a low temperature (300°F) for 40 minutes, the banana bread stays incredibly moist inside and toasted outside.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1.76 oz walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1.06 oz softened butter
- 3.53 oz granulated sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.06 oz all-purpose flour
- 0.11 oz baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar. Mix in the beaten egg and vanilla extract.
Add the mashed bananas to the creamed mixture. Gradually incorporate the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Fold in the chopped walnuts and pour the batter into a greased mini loaf pan.
Place the pan in the appliance. Cook at 300°F for 40 minutes.
