Ingredients
- 4.23 oz All-Purpose Flour
- 2.12 oz Cocoa Powder
- 5.29 oz Light Brown Sugar
- 0.11 oz Baking Powder
- 0.11 oz Baking Soda
- 0.11 oz Espresso Powder
- 1 large Egg
- 5.92 fl oz Milk
- 2.71 fl oz Vegetable Oil
- 0.17 fl oz Vanilla Extract
Instructions
In a large bowl, sift and combine the flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and espresso powder.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined and no lumps remain. Do not overmix.
Fill muffin liners three-quarters full.
Bake at 300°F for 15 minutes.
