Ingredients
- 10.5 oz Baby Squid, cleaned
- Durum Wheat Semolina, as needed for dredging
- Cooking Oil Spray, as needed
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
Ensure baby squid are thoroughly cleaned and left whole. Pat dry with paper towels.
Dredge the squid in durum wheat semolina. Shake off excess flour.
Arrange the squid in a single layer in the cooking basket. Spray evenly with cooking oil.
Cook at 400°F for 8-10 minutes. Remove once the tentacles are golden and curled.
Season with salt. Serve immediately.
