Ingredients
- 8.1 oz baby potatoes, washed and halved
- 1 fl oz olive oil
- 0.14 oz garlic powder
- 0.07 oz dried thyme
- 0.07 oz dried rosemary
- 0.14 oz salt
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Wash the baby potatoes and cut them in half.
In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil until evenly coated.
Add garlic powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss to ensure even seasoning.
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the cooking basket. Cook at 383°F for 20 minutes.
Shake the basket halfway through the cooking time (at the 10-minute mark) to promote even browning.
