Ingredients
- 1 lb 12 oz yellow potatoes
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves, unpeeled
- Coarse sea salt
Instructions
Peel and cut potatoes into 3/4 to 1-inch cubes. Rinse cubes under cold water to remove excess starch. Dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
In a large bowl, combine potato cubes, olive oil, crushed unpeeled garlic cloves, and rosemary needles. Toss to coat evenly.
Arrange the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 385°F for 20 minutes.
Shake the basket every 6-7 minutes to ensure even cooking. Season with salt after cooking.
