Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets, approx. 4.6 oz each
- Neutral oil, for brushing
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.

Brush the fillets with neutral oil and season with flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Place the fillets in the cooking basket, skin-side down.

Cook at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
