A last-minute romantic dinner? Air-fry the salmon in 8 minutes to keep it pink and incredibly moist, then coat it with this French sauce of melted butter, garlic, and lemon.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets, 6 oz each
- 1.2 oz butter
- 1 fl oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 0.3 fl oz Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Preheat to 350°F. Lightly coat the basket with cooking spray and place the salmon fillets inside.
Cook for 8 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon cooks, combine butter, lemon juice, grated garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan. Melt over low heat for 1 minute.
Remove the salmon from the basket. Serve immediately, drizzled with the warm sauce.
