Ingredients
- 16 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 strips of bacon
- 0.14 oz garlic powder
- 0.07 oz paprika
- 0.07 oz onion powder
- 0.04 oz ground black pepper
- 16 toothpicks
Instructions
Combine garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl.
Season the shrimp with the spice mixture.
Cut each bacon strip in half crosswise.
Wrap one piece of bacon around each shrimp.
Secure the bacon with a toothpick.
Arrange the wrapped shrimp in a single layer in the cooking basket.
Cook at 320°F for 16 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp.
Transfer the shrimp to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess fat. Serve immediately.
