Ingredients
- Bacon, 4 slices
- Dark Brown Sugar, 0.5 oz
- Chili Powder, 0.14 oz
- Ground Cumin, 0.04 oz
- Cayenne Pepper, 0.04 oz
Instructions
Cut each bacon slice in half.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, chili powder, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper.
Thoroughly coat each bacon slice with the sugar and spice mixture.
Arrange the coated bacon slices in a single layer inside the cooking basket, ensuring they are spaced apart.
Cook at 320°F for 8 minutes. Allow to cool for one minute before serving to let the caramel harden.
