Ingredients
- 2 bone-in pork chops, approx. 9 oz (250g) each
- 20 ml olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat the appliance to 375°F (190°C).
Thoroughly pat the pork chops dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Brush both sides of the chops with olive oil.
Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
Arrange the chops in the basket in a single layer, ensuring no overlap.
Cook for 14-17 minutes, flipping the chops halfway through the cooking time.
