Ingredients
- 1 baguette, cut into thick slices
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1.6 oz butter, softened
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Slice the baguette lengthwise, then crosswise into uniform, thick pieces to maximize surface area for absorption.
In a small bowl, combine butter, olive oil, grated Parmesan, and minced garlic until homogenous.
Distribute the garlic butter mixture thoroughly and uniformly over the surface of each bread slice.
Place the prepared bread into the cooking appliance basket and cook at 320°F for 8 minutes until golden and crisp.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley prior to serving.
