Ingredients
- 35 oz chicken wings, jointed
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, and paprika.
Add the chicken wings to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, up to 12 hours.
Drain wings from excess marinade, reserving the marinade. Arrange the wings in the cooking basket.
Cook at 340°F for 18-20 minutes, turning the wings halfway through the cooking time.
For additional glazing, brush the wings with the reserved marinade during the final 3 minutes of cooking.
