Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks, skin-on
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Juice and zest of 1 large organic lemon
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder or 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels. Add them to the bowl and coat thoroughly. Let marinate, covered, at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat the appliance to 383°F / 195°C.
Arrange the drumsticks in the cooking basket in a single layer, ensuring no overlap.
Cook for 20-25 minutes, depending on size. Turn the drumsticks halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.
