- Vegetable oil cooking spray
Instructions
Cook arancini or supplì directly from the refrigerator to help maintain their shape.
Coat the entire breaded surface with cooking spray to ensure even browning and prevent dryness.
Arrange them in a single layer in the cooking basket, ensuring they do not touch.
Cook at 390°F for 15-18 minutes.
Halfway through cooking, turn the arancini or supplì. Apply a light spray of oil to any dry spots on the breading.
