Ingredients
- 1 roll rectangular puff pastry
- 12 cocktail sausages, or 4 large sausages, cut into thirds
- 1 egg, beaten, or 2 tablespoons milk, for brushing
- Sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
Cut the puff pastry into 1-inch wide strips.
Wrap each sausage with a puff pastry strip.
Pinch the dough edges firmly to seal.
Brush the pastry with beaten egg or milk. Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds, if desired.
Arrange items in the basket, ensuring they are spaced apart. Cook at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden-brown.
