Ingredients
- Sweetened Condensed Milk, 7 oz
- Large Egg Whites, 2
- Dried Coconut Flakes, 12.3 oz
- Almond Extract, to taste
- Vanilla Extract, to taste
Instructions
In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, almond extract, and vanilla extract.
Gradually incorporate the dried coconut flakes, mixing gently to prevent the mixture from deflating.
Portion the mixture into small mounds onto a parchment-lined tray or basket.
Cook at 300°F for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
