Ingredients
- 14 oz chicken breast or thighs, cubed (1.2-inch)
- 3.5 oz plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
Combine yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Add chicken cubes and mix until fully coated. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, up to 4 hours for optimal results.
Soak wooden skewers in cold water for at least 10 minutes to prevent burning.
Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, removing any excess marinade. Arrange skewers in a single layer in the cooking basket.
Cook at 385°F for 12-14 minutes. Turn the skewers halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.
