Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 3.5 oz of mixed vegetables, sautéed or blanched (zucchini, peas, spinach)
- 2 tbsp of milk
- 0.7 oz of grated Parmesan cheese
- Cooking spray, salt, and pepper
Instructions
Combine eggs, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Whisk until thoroughly incorporated and slightly aerated.
Incorporate pre-cooked and well-drained vegetables into the egg mixture.
Lightly coat a small non-stick or silicone pan, suitable for an air fryer basket, with cooking spray.
Transfer the egg mixture to the prepared pan. Place the pan into the air fryer basket, preheated to 320°F.
Cook for approximately 15 minutes, or until the center is firm and the surface is visibly risen and golden brown.
