The breakfast (or brunch) of champions! In just 8 minutes the pizza base becomes crispy, the mozzarella melts and the egg soft-boils, ready to be broken. Perfect with a pre-made base.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza base, 7-inch
- 1.06 oz low-moisture mozzarella, shredded
- 2 slices smoked ham, chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
Brush the pizza base surface with olive oil.
Distribute the shredded mozzarella and chopped smoked ham evenly over the base.
Place the pizza in the preheated appliance at 350°F and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove the pizza, crack the egg in the center, and immediately return it to the appliance.
Continue cooking for 3 minutes until the egg white is set. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
