Ingredients
- 35 oz chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt, to taste
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions
Dry the chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels.
In a bowl, combine all dry spices with the olive oil to form a paste.
Add the chicken wings to the paste and mix thoroughly to ensure an even coating.
Preheat the air fryer to 383°F.
Arrange the wings in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 25 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
Remove the wings from the basket. Squeeze fresh lime juice over them before serving.
